Enhancing the Patient Experience with PrescribeIT™

Launching this e-prescribing system enhances patient safety as the pharmacist can electronically follow-up with the physician. Currently PrescribeIT™ has been rolled out in one retail pharmacy in Durham region with plans to implement across all MPGL retail locations in the future. About PrescribeIT™ Canada Health Infoway is working with Health Canada, the provinces and territories, and industry stakeholders to develop, operate and maintain the national e-prescribing service known as PrescribeIT™.
