Job Title: ERP Administrator 

Reports to: Senior Manager, ERP Solutions & Projects

No. of Positions: 1

Location: Markham, ON

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Manager, ERP Solutions & Projects, the ERP Administrator will work with the rest of the team to provide day-to-day administration and support of the company’s ERP systems. The candidate will also participate in planning, deployment, and support of ERP related initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Work within a team environment, responsible for the administration, maintenance, and updates to the core ERP and related systems
  • Provide production support and troubleshooting, as needed
  • Interface with various lines of business to develop/coordinate project work as required
  • BizTalk administration, monitoring and maintenance
  • Develop training materials and training of users
  • Enterprise report writing



  • 5+ years of experience in administration of ERP systems (including setup, maintenance, troubleshooting)
  • Expert working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP system
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacy business, medical supplies sales, or warehousing and distribution, coupled with good technical skills
  • Experience with data synchronization and system integration with third party applications and other service providers
  • Experience with data extraction and migration
  • Working knowledge of EDI and EFT

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of LHIN /CCAC business operation
  • Working knowledge of Pronto Xi ERP system
  • Experience with mobile handheld devices
  • Experience with transport management systems, preferably Descartes
  • Experience with supporting RDS environments
  • Minimum 3+ years of extensive experience with SQL
  • Working experience supporting and maintaining BizTalk integrations
