Job Title:Bilingual Customer Service Clerk

Location:Markham, ON

Reports to:Supervisor, AR

Type:Full Time, Permanent

Salary:Annual salary (commensurate with experience)

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide high quality bilingual customer service through inbound/outbound calls and email (English and French)
  • Perform data entry tasks in accounting system with high efficiency and accuracy
  • Perform filing, mailing, and administrative duties with high efficiency and accuracy
  • Perform other tasks in the AR department as needed


  • Minimum 3 years of Customer Service experience
  • Minimum 1 year of accounting or administrative/clerical experience
  • Excellent English communications skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent French communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent data entry skills; dexterity with accounting software
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and self-motivated
