Billing Options

Each resident serviced by Medical Pharmacies receives a monthly statement listing all medication charges and payments.


              Payment Options:

  • Preauthorized Payment: We require you to submit a void cheque for pre-authorized debit. Download the form below (see the folder icon at the bottom of the page).

  • Online/telephone banking: Access your online banking profile and make a bill payment to payee “Medical Pharmacies Group” using your account # (found on your statement).

  • Bank walk-in/ATM: Ask your bank teller to register payee “Medical Pharmacies Group” and make an electronic bill payment using your account # (found on your statement).

  • Over-the-phone: Call our office toll-free at 1(888)-841-4049 (from 9 AM to 5 PM EST Monday through Friday) to make a secure over-the-phone Credit Card payment.

  • Cheque: Mail a cheque, enclosing your green statement remittance portion or referencing your account # in the memo, to MEDICAL PHARMACIES GROUP LIMITED, 300 Town Centre Blvd, 4th Fl., Markham, ON, L3R 5Z6.
