With our business focused almost exclusively on prescriptions, our technicians are an important partner in providing quality health care. They are a valued and respected resource for clients and co-workers.

SYSTEMS TRAINING AND SUPPORT
We provide ongoing training for both computer applications and store processes for both long term care and retail. A fully equipped training room at head office mimics the systems in a true store location. Follow-up reviews and in-store visits are conducted on a regular basis.

Our Information Technology department provides 24/7 Computer Support for all computer applications used in our stores.
