Each prescription we fill for you becomes part of your confidential medication history. We keep full records to help you avoid unpleasant side effects, allergies and drug interactions. Our pharmacists provide information and counselling on each prescription we fill.  We want to be sure you know how and when to take the medication and what side effects can occur.

COUNSELLING
Our pharmacists take the time to speak privately with you about your medication. We want to understand your concerns about your health. Our counselling lets us understand your special needs so we can answer your questions or concerns.

Packaging - Need help remembering when and how to take your medication? Let us know. We can prepare special packaging for your tablets and capsules that will help you keep track of the timing and the amount you need to take. Our Medication Manager program provides individually sealed cards with your medications grouped according to the time of day and the day of the week. The program keeps all regular medications on one card for easy identification and storage.

Diabetes Care - Let us help you understand Diabetes. Learn about your medications, including oral tablets, insulin and insulin pens. Learn about blood sugar monitoring and why it's so important. Let us teach you how to use a blood glucose meter, glucose strips and how to interpret the results.

Senior Care - We specialize in senior care services. In fact, we are Ontario's largest provider of pharmaceutical services to residents of long term care facilities, including seniors' residences. We will talk with you and your family to make sure that your medication therapy works best for you.

If you have trouble remembering to take your medications correctly, we can help. Medical Pharmacies can provide special packaging to help seniors in the community take their medications correctly, enabling them to continue living independently.

Stop Smoking - Our pharmacists have been trained in smoking cessation therapies and will help you choose the best option. We can assist you in sticking to your therapy by becoming your ‘coach’.
